Who we are
The website curated-drive.com belongs to Curated Drive, a brand of Kangaroo Square, Lda. (Portuguese VAT 518 551 571), based in Lisbon, which is responsible for the personal data described on this page. For any privacy matter, write to info@curated-drive.com.
What data we process and why
When you contact us
By WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram message: your name, the contact you use and what you write to us. We use it to reply and prepare proposals at your request and, if you buy, to perform the contract. We keep it while the conversation is ongoing and up to 2 years after the last contact; if there is a sale, invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Cookieless measurement
We record the pages viewed, where you came from (for example Google or Instagram), the type of device, the country and what you do on the page (clicks on contact links, how far you read, errors). Your IP address is not stored: each visit gets an anonymous daily identifier that cannot tell who you are or link visits on different days. No cookies are used and nothing is stored on your device for this. We do it on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website; records are deleted after 400 days.
With your consent
Statistics cookies: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 (anonymous session recordings and heatmaps, with typed text hidden; and usage statistics). They are only switched on if you choose “Accept” or enable them in “Settings”. You can withdraw your consent at any time under “Cookie preferences”, in the footer of every page.
Hosting and security
The website is served by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data of each request (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages and protect the website against abuse.
Who else processes the data
Providers working for us: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and measurement) and Microsoft (Clarity) and Google (Analytics), both only with your consent. If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta processes that conversation under its own policies. Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not sell data or use it for personalised advertising.

Your rights
You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent by writing to info@curated-drive.com. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Dispute resolution
In a consumer dispute, consumers may turn to the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt) or to CNIACC, the National Consumer Arbitration Centre (www.cniacc.pt).
